Intervention1: Intervention: Individualized Homoeopathic treatment will be given to the patients in potency and dose as per the requirement of patient. Standard lifestyle modification will be advised

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults both male and female aged 18 to 50years. 2. The development of emotional symptoms in response to any of the following stressor(s) occurring within 3 months of the onset of the stressor(s): (a) Termination of romantic relationships (b) Failing to attain occupational goals (c) Marital problems 3. These symptoms are clinically significant, as evidenced by one or both of the following: (a) Marked distress that is out of proportion to the severity or intensity of the stressor, taking into account the external context and the cultural factors that might influence symptom severity and presentation. (b)Significant impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning. 4. Meet criteria on Adjustment Disorders with depression (low mood, tearfulness or feeling of hopelessness), anxiety (nervousness, worry, jitteriness or separation anxiety) and mixed. 5. A minimum score of 20 on PSS. 6. Controlled cases of Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, and Hypothyroidism. 7. Written informed consent from the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women. 2. Meet criteria on Adjustment Disorders with disturbance of conduct, mixed disturbance of emotions and conduct and unspecified. 3. On any other treatment including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). 4. Any other pre-existing mental disorder. 5. Presence of risk of suicide or self-destructive behaviours. 6. Known cases of Tuberculosis, HIV, Cancer, etc.

To compare the changes in severity of Adjustment Disorders at baseline and fortnightly for 3 months using PHQ-4.Timepoint: fortnightly till 3 months
