Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients ASA I-III Physical status Undergoing LSCS
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Hypersensitivity to amide local anesthetics 2) Absolute Contraindications to spinal anesthesia 3) Infection at the site of injection. 4) Presence of bleeding disorder. 5) Severe hypotension. 6) Sever MS or AS. 7) Raised intracranial tension 8) Patient who refuse to take the babies on their chest immediately after delivery (as it is one of our parameter to access mother-child bonding)
