Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students studying in grades 6 and 7 (11-14 years) in co-educational private schools in Delhi, India. Schools will be randomly selected from the list of schools governed by the Directorate of Education (DoE), Government of National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi.

Primary outcome Improvement in the intervention group in comparison to control group with regard to: a)Time spent in physical activity to be 30â??60â??min everyday b)Consumption of fruits (3 times/week) and green leafy vegetables (3 times per week) c)Reduction in the consumption of aerated drinks Timepoint: Over 2 years
