Intervention1: Nalbuphine 1mg and Fentanyl 25mcg: Comparing effect as adjuvant to Bupivacaine 0.5% 3.5 ml, in below umblical surgeries. Control Intervention1: Nalbuphine 1mg, and Fentanyl 25 mcg: Comp

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 & 2, age group 21 -60 years, height 150-170 cm, weight 40-75 kg, patients admitted to lower limb surgeries, expected duration of surgery 120-150 min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA grade 3&4, allergy to study drugs, HR,50/MIN, SBP, 100 mm hg, patients on narcotic or any other sedative drugs, contraindication to regional anaesthesia.
