Intervention1: Medical Qigong Therapy: A 40mins of medical qigong therapy will be administered consisting of relaxation and breathing techniques in synchrony with arm movements and walk cycles Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Ambulatory, hospitalized Head and Neck Cancer patients with a confirmed diagnosis of malignancy by the oncologist, scheduled to receive 5-6 weeks of intensive modulated radiation therapy, able to follow commands and willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients reporting any previous regular Qigong or tai-chi practice within past one year, any patient diagnosed with major psychiatric disorders, medical contraindications for exercises.
