Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age group â?? Between 30-60 years 2)Sex- Male & Female 3) 1st and 2nd degree internal hemorrhoids 4)Hemoglobin > 10 gm%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Thrombosed, Inflammed hemorrhoids 2) prolapsed rectum 3)Hemorrhoid with Ulcerative colitis, IBD, Kochâ??s, Uncontrolled DM, Bed ridden patients 4)Known allergy of milk 5)Pregnancy 6)Neoplasia of Anal canal and Rectum 7) Currently existing anorectal infection like Abscess and fistula accompanied with Hemorrhoids 8) Acute severe systemic disease
