Intervention1: combined plexus and peripheral nerve blocks: Brachial plexus block with low concentration of lignocaine (0.8%) with high concentration radial, ulnar and medial nerve block with 0.5% bup

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologists Class 1 and 2 Patients undergoing elective upper limb surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologists class 3 and 4 Peripheral neuropathy local infection diabetes significant cardio respiratory disorders Neurological disorders Allergy to study drugs Bleeding disorders Patients preferring general anaesthesia
