Intervention1: Periotome luxation: Following local anaesthesia, the blade of
periotome will be placed into the periodontal ligament space and will
be manipulated in walking motion to luxate the toot

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Insufficient clinical crown due to caries, trauma, fracture or other reasons. Restorative requirement Root surface perforations External root resorption
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of inadequate crown : root ratio Non restorability of caries Root fracture Inadequate predictability
