Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group - Adults above 18 years of age Male and Female Gender Completed at least 1 year of stay in the community after discharge from hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Occurrence of Death during hospital stay Any physical/cognitive disabilities previous to the TBI
