Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - The women who consented for participating in the study. - Mothers with normal pregnancy. - Singleton pregnancy with a cephalic presentation. - Gestational age, 28 to 32 weeks. - Having a natural pregnancy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Unwed and single mothers with normal pregnancy. - Adolescent pregnancy. - Pregnancies associated with chronic conditions. - Mothers with high risk pregnancy. - Mothers with a known history of any psychiatric illness. - Mothers and subjected to psychotherapy or psycho pharmacological treatment.
