Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Presence of isolated (single tooth) Cairoâ??s RT1 maxillary and mandibular gingival recessions. 2.Full mouth visible Plaque score and Bleeding score of less than ten percentage. 3.No Medication known to interfere with periodontal tissue health / healing (steroids, Calcium channel blockers, antiepileptic agents, immune-suppressants). 4.Non-smoker (Never smoker) or former smoker (Does not smoke now and has not smoked at all for a minimum of the last 12 consecutive months).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple adjacent gingival recessions, lingual recession in the selected teeth. 2.Current Smokers 3.Systemic chronic conditions known to be associated with periodontitis or with changes in systemic inflammation: Diabetes, Cardiovascular diseases, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Rheumatic Fever, SLE, Malignancy, Respiratory diseases, Renal diseases, Other (e.g., autoimmune diseases, fungal infections, immunological deficiencies, etc.) 4.Pregnant / Lactating mothers 5.Presence of Malocclusion / Patients with orthodontic therapy in progress
