Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years or older of either gender. 2. Have a clinical diagnosis of Anterior Circulation acute ischemic stroke with Large Vessel Occlusion (LVO) (ICA, ICA-T, M1, M2 ) and without LVO. 3.CTA acquired as a part of routine care within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presenting to the hospital after 7 days after symptom onset. 2. Having Previous Territorial infarct or motion artifacts or incomplete visualization precluding image analysis. 3. CTA acquired in very early arterial phase or late venous phase 4. Stroke mimics (seizure, hypoglycemia, toxic and metabolic encephalopathies). 5. Associated posterior circulation stroke, Haemorrhagic, venous stroke. 6. Patients admitted for palliative care or unlikely to survive for 72 hours. 7. Patients not having a telephone. 8. Patient/ caregiver not giving consent
