Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Perimenopausal women between age of 45-60years. Women with the symptoms of perimenopause.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with history of any apparent medical or psychiatric illnesses at the time of interview. Mothers with poly cystic ovaries. Mothers with dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Surgical menopause (Hysterectomy) was not included in the study.
