Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients satisfying diagnostic criteria of Vogt Koyanagi Harada syndrome at any stages of the diseases. 2) All patients with Vogt Koyanagi Harada syndrome aged more than or equal to 10 years in whom and Fundus Fluorescein Angiography is feasible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with the history of ocular surgeries. 2) Patients with the history of ocular trauma. 3) Individuals with significant media opacities and other intaocular media pathologies. 4) Patients with primary retinal diseases.

MeasureTime frame
Measurement of following parameters in eyes with Vogt Koyanagi Harada syndrome in Spectral Domain Optcal Coherence Tomography at various phases of disease: i) The Inner Retinal Thickness on Spectral Domain-Optical Coherence Tomography. ii) Sub retinal fluid (SRF) on Spectral Domain-Optical Coherence Tomography. iii) Height of Retinal detachment. iv) Choroidal thickness v) RPE undulation index. Timepoint: Outcomes are measured at the first visit of patients to the hospital. No further followup will be taken for study.

Following parameters in Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography in eyes with Vogt Koyanagi Harada syndrome are observed 1)Internal limiting membrane folds 2)Retinal pigment epithelium folds 3)Cyst in outer retinal layers 4)IS-OS disruption 5)Pigment Epithelial Detachment Timepoint: These outcomes are observed at the time of first visit of patient to the hospital. No further follow up is taken into the study
