Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) 1 to 3 undergoing ERCP under propofol sedation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients 2. Patients with nasal deformities 3. Patients with any bleeding tendency
