Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years 2. The patient should be on active follow up 3. May have available dosimetric data from the treatment planning system. 4. Should consent for assessment thrice (0, 1 and 2 years).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients from Ongoing shape study (IEC approved; 1630)

MeasureTime frame
This study will help in understanding the burden of neurocognitive, neuropsychiatric and quality of life issues in these long term survivors and their needs.Timepoint: Post radiotherapy atleast 6mnth. On F/U yearly assessment for 2 yrs per patient.

1. Neurocognitive and neuropsychiatric function change in patient over 1 year time 2. Impact of previous treatment and type on Neurocognitive and neuropsychiatric function 3. impact of type of radiation treatment on Neurocognitive and neuropsychiatric function 4. Neurocognitive and neuropsychiatric function at different time points on follow upsTimepoint: Post radiotherapy atleast 6mnth. On F/U yearly assessment for 2 yrs per patient.
