Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To see the requirement of anaesthetic agents intraoperatively– -Propofol -Vecuronium -Sevoflurane. Timepoint: For Propofol - following induction of anaesthesia. For Vecuronium - following induction and during maintenance of anaesthesia. For Sevoflurane - During maintenance of anaesthesia.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Complications, if any.Timepoint: Intraoperatively Postoperatively upto 24 hours;Hemodynamic parameters like HR, BP, SpO2, RR and ECGTimepoint: Baseline After adjuvant infusion After induction Following intubation 3 min 5 min 7 min Every 10 min Before reversal Before extubation 10 min after extubation postoperatively every hourly upto 8 hours. ;Post operative analgesiaTimepoint: To Note Visual Analogue Scale score at postoperatively 0,2,4,6,8,12,18,24 hour.;Sedation score using Ramsay Sedation ScaleTimepoint: -Before adjuvant infusion -5 min after infusion -30 min post op
