Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Clinical features of Orofacial Clefts will be recorded. A thorough Systemic examination will be done to note the other systems if any involved with anomalies. Karyotyping will be done using the blood samples of the participants included in the study and a correlation will be done between the Phenotypic features and the chromosomal Aberrations if any.Timepoint: Day 1

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To correlate the Incidence of Orofacial Clefts with the Maternal history.Timepoint: Day 1;To determine the Incidence of Chromosomal Aberrations in Orofacial cleft patients. Timepoint: Day 1
