Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. subjects having the recurrent aphthous ulcers in the oral cavity via the criteria proposed by Natah et al. in 2004 2.subjects who are ready to give the consent and follow the schedule 3. subjects without any medical illness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. subjects currently undergoing any therapy for recurrent aphthous ulcers 2. subjects on medications like analgesics and immunosuppressants 3. pregnant or lactating mothers/subjects 4. subjects with any other lesions in the oral cavity
