Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anticipated difficult airway requiring AFOI will be recruited for the study 2. Age group of 18-above 3. ASA grade I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Patient with restricted mouth opening 3. Pregnant patients 4. Patient unable to co-operate with airway assessment (low GCS, Mental retardation) 5. Patient which are known case of allergy to local anesthetic. 6. Patient with coagulopathy. 7. Patient on anticoagulants or antiplatelet.

Comparing and analysing the better technique between airway nerve blocks and atomised lignocaine by LMA MADgicTimepoint: taking intubation time in seconds, cough and gag reflex, poastoperative patient comfort assessment compication and hemodynamic changes(Heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure mean arterial pressure and SpO2) just prior to sedation, after ramsay sedation scale 2, every min during intubation, immediately after intubation, every min of intubation upto 5 min, 10 min of intubation, 15 min of intubation, 20 min of intubation
