Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with anticipated difficult airway requiring AFOI will be recruited for the study 2. Age group of 18-above 3. ASA grade I-III
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal 2. Patient with restricted mouth opening 3. Pregnant patients 4. Patient unable to co-operate with airway assessment (low GCS, Mental retardation) 5. Patient which are known case of allergy to local anesthetic. 6. Patient with coagulopathy. 7. Patient on anticoagulants or antiplatelet.
