Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemodynamically stable patients. 2. Consent for participation. 3. Gestational adnexal mass 4. Serum β-hCG level of 5. No cardiac activity in gestational sac or minimal haemoperitoneum on ultrasound assessment. 6. Commitment for admission in the hospital until ectopic pregnancy has resolved.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. β-hCG level >5000 IU/L. 2. An embryo with cardiac activity. 3. Presence of a yolk sac. 4. Adnexal mass >4 cm in greatest dimension. 5. Disturbances in hepatic (LFT) (aspartate aminotransferase level more than twice the normal level) or renal (KFT) function (serum creatinine value >1.5 mg/dL), leucopenia (TLC) ( 6. Patients not willing for treatment.
