Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with either ATPO above 35 IU/ml or Anti Tg above 20IU/ml or Thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) receptor binding inhibitor immunoglobulin (TBII)/ TRAb more than 1.75 IU/L

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypothyroidism associated with thyroid malignancies Patients with other severe systemic illness like uncontrolled diabetes, malignant hypertension, other malignancies etc. Immuno compromised patients Pregnant ladies and lactating mothers
