Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient posted for elective CABG surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic pain COPD Intubation time longer than 10 hours after surgery conclusion Altered mental status and cognition deficit Ramsay sedation scale score > 4 Hemodynamic instability Preoperative left ventricle EF lower than 40% Patient requiring reintubation Excessive bleeding requiring reoperation

MeasureTime frame
PCA demand and total morphine consumption will be collected from the data stored on the PCA infusion pumpâ??s memory till 60 hours after extubation along with requirements of rescue analgesia. Mean VAS scores either at rest or at deep breath or at cough.
