Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all womwn of reproductive age group between 18 to 45 years of age having abnormal uterine bleeding of only non structural cause and those willing to participate will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of recent IUCD or hormonal therapy, 2. Anovulatory or irregular cycles, 3. Pregnancy or any pelvic pathology, 4. Coagulation disturbances 5. Polycystic ovarian disease 6. Thyroid, liver or renal Abnormal. 7. Women not willing to participate in the study
