Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Duration of symptoms for at least 6 months Failed conservative treatment Willingness to comply with treatment and follow-up assessment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Duration of symptoms less than 6 months History of previous surgery in the same tendon Implanted hardware adjacent to the target treatment region Abnormal radiographic findings like Osteophtyes, Calcification, or Exostosis pregnancy Diabetes Cancer
