Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnancy without medical / surgical disorders, Who knows to read and understand Hindi/ English / Punjabi, Who possess Android / IOS mobile phone

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: High Risk Pregnancy, Pregnant women with more than 20 weeks of gestation, Pregnant women from medical profession, Pregnant women who are illiterate/ with intellectual disability
