Intervention1: institution based rehabilitation protocol: intervention for every 7th dat of each week for 5 weeks

Inclusion criteria: Positive Fukuda test Flamingo balance test score Star excursion balance test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any visual impairment any orthopedic disease of lower limb any history of seizures any other neurological condition subject with sever cognitive alteration uncooperative patients
