Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Willing patients operated under spinal anaesthesia. 2.American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II. 3.Either sex (male/female). Below knee orthopaedic surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal. 2.History of allergy to the drugs which will be used in the study. 3.Patient enrolled in other studies. 4.Patients with psychiatric disorders. 5.High risk for development of compartmental syndrome. 6.At risk of nerve injury.
