Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with typical symptoms of non-ulcer dyspepsia like epigastric pain, post prandial fullness, early satiety, burning sensation, bloating, belching, nausea/vomiting for more than 3 months with onset at least 6 months previously (H.Pylori positive/negative). 2) Able to perform techniques in the protocol. 3) Willing to participate in Yoga therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Peptic Ulcer Disease (PUD), gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), gastric carcinomas, hematemesis, hiatal hernia, congenital malformations, liver disease, history of recent surgery within 6 months, heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, bleeding piles.

| To evaluate the effect of Yogic practices on 1) Major symptoms of dyspepsia including epigastric pain, burning, bloating, belching, nausea and vomiting (GSRS and Dyspepsia Questionnaire). 2) Clearance of H.Pylori bacteria in the H.Pylori positive dyspeptic patients group (H.Pylori stool antigen test). 3) Psychological parameters like stress, anxiety and depression in dyspepsia patients (PSS, GAD-7 and PHQ-9). Timepoint: Evaluation will be done before and after 3 months for each patient. | — |
