Intervention1: Bhumyamalaki: Oral administration of Bhumyamalaki Panchanga choorna 3 gm along with water will be given twice daily before food, for a duration of 60 days.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Specific bio chemical investigations will be done on subjects with Post prandial blood sugar level between 160 to 280 mg/dL will be selected for study. 2.Subjects who have discontinued oral hypoglycemic drugs after washout period of 3 months 3.Subjects first time diagnosed .
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with Type 2 Diabetes mellitus who are insulin dependent. 2. Subjects with complications like Cardiac disorder, Diabetic foot, Nephropathy and other secondary complications
