Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women between 35 to 60yrs of age will be selected. Amenorrhea more than 12 months. FSH more than equal to 20IU/L. The menopause specific quality of life questionnaire Kupperman menopausal Index more than equal to 15

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female suffering from any other systemic disorder such diabetes, Cardiac disorder and Thyroid dysfunction Esteblish case of mental illness Women having the prolong cortico steroid,anti-depresent,HRT etc any other medication which have influence on the outcome of the study. women of alcoholic and drug abuse Hystory of hypersenstivity to the ingredients of trial drug history of participation in the other research activity
