Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children having diagnosed of iron deficiency anaemia only will be registered. 2. Children with moderate grade of anaemia (Hb varying in the range of 5-9 g%) will only be registered.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with anaemia of origin other than iron deficiency will be excluded. 2. Children with mild grade of anaemia (Hb above 9 g%) and severe grade of anaemia (Hb below 5 g%) will be excluded. 3. Children / Subjects with complications of anaemia will be excluded. 4. Children with other longstanding diseases and debilitating diseases will be excluded.
