Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes mellitus patients of both gender aged 30 to 65 years who visited the nature cure hospital will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: type 2 diabetes with other complications type 2 diabetes of secondary origin acutely ill patients type 2 diabetes patients with established coronary artery disease
