Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA PS 1&2 posted for elective lumbar spine fusion surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver, renal and cardiovascular disorders. 2. Patient undergoing recurrent spine surgeries. 3. Patient with COPD. 4. Known neurological or psychiatric illness or on neuro psychiatric treatment. 5. Who have received Pregabalin in last 24 hours. 6. Whose BMI >30 kg/m2 7. Patient allergic to study drug in the past.

1. Record pre operative anxiety and sedation score 2. Intra operative hemodynamic changes 3.
