Intervention1: kala malham: it will be applied on the wound once daily for maximum 30 days Control Intervention1: betadine ointment: it will be applied on wound once daily for maximum 30 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) patients from dushta vrana and lakshanas as per classics

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) patients with a disorder like malignancy, syphilis, tuberculosis, leprosy,HIV positive,HBsAg positive,vdrl positive, burn wound 2) patients suffering from uncontrolled diabetes , anemia
