Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primary diagnosis of OCD 2. Mild-moderate severity (up to 23 score on YBOCS) 3. Insight score on YBOCS item 11 in the range of 0-2 (good to fair) 4. Aged 18-50 years 5. Having access to a smart phone- with Android Operating system and internet 6. Ability to read, write and comprehend English 7. Stabilized on medication for at least one month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History suggestive of/and/or schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, severe depression, mental retardation, epilepsy, head injury or other neurological disorders that would impede participation in the treatment. 2. Suicidal Ideation (on clinical assessment) and/or any Axis II disorder that would impede participation in treatment 3. Substance use, dependence, excepting Nicotine dependence in the past 6 months prior to recruitment. 4. Previous exposure to structured cognitive behaviour therapy for obsessive-compulsive disorder (CBT comprising of exposure and response prevention) in the last 6 months.
