Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: children of both sexes and written informed consent from parents and assent from children
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with systemic unevaluated or uncontrolled diseases like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or other cardiovascular, renal, gastro-intestinal, endocrinal, gynaecological diseases etc., or systemic infections affecting quality of life and on other treatment therapies
