Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Trapezius pain more than 3 months 2.Subjects with grade 3 and 4 trapezius muscle tenderness based on â??Tenderness grading scaleâ?? 3.Presence of palpable taut band in trapezius muscle 4.Subjects of either gender aged between 20-40years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute trapezitis 2. Diagnosed disc pathology 3. Diagnosed degenerative lesion involving cervical spine. 4. Diagnosed with Neurological disorder involving cervical spine. •Pregnancy •Previous upper limb injury or surgery
