Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 60 years or above of both sex Patients who are willing to give consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe complicated or life threatening diseases Unwilling to participate.

MeasureTime frame
Assessing the comprehensive health status of older adults using ICT BRIEF questionnaire. Assessment of activities in daily living using Katz Index (ADL). Asssessment of improvement on the basis of disease specific scale. Timepoint: Follow up will be done fortnightly

Development of standard treatment guidelines for elderly using homoeopathic medicines.Timepoint: at the end of study
