Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed unilateral Posterior canal BPPV on the basis of clinical features and positive Dix-Hallpke test or positive side-lying test whichever patient is able to perform according to his/her condition. 2. The Dix-Hallpike test will be considered positive if nystagmus is observed with a latency period of less than 15 seconds and a duration of less than 60 seconds. 3. Patients shall have normal ENT and CNS examination. 5. Participants should have the ability to follow verbal instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: 1. Patients with previous or current diagnosis of vestibular neuritis, labyrinthine diseases, pregnancy and systemic disease 2. Patients with bilateral, horizontal, or anterior canal BPPV will be excluded from the study. 3. Patients taking any drugs currently causing dizziness, drowsiness and light headedness.
