Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First year and second year BAMS students who are willing to participate in the study. 1 Subjects who are in the age group of 18-21 years 2 Subjects who are staying in college campus. 3 Students who are mentally and physically healthy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who are not staying in hostels. 1 Subjects who are not willing to participate in the study. 2 Subjects who are on medication. 3 Subjects who are having acute or chronic illness.

Stress reduction of college going students after chanting of Shiva samkalpa sooktha Stress reduction evaluated by PSS SCORES,ICSRLE Scores,and by assessment of Serum Cortisol. Satva sara score also will be evaluated.Timepoint: 7 months after the enrollment of first participant
