Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject willing to participate in the study. Diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus with HbA1c levels ranging between 6.5% or more and duration of 6 years. Perceived stress scale score ranging from 13 and above. Age between 20-40 years. Subjects on medication for type 2 diabetes mellitus. Subjects who are able to follow commands.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject with type 1 diabetes mellitus. Uncontrolled type 2 diabetes mellitus.(sugar levels 100mg/dl or more) Any neurological conditions like multiple sclerosis, stroke etc. Cancer.
