Inclusion criteria: All Patients With Any Type Of Thyroid Disorders With Any Co-morbidities. Either Gender. Patients Above The Age Of 18 Years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients Not Willing To Participate In The Study. Critically Ill Patients. Patients Who Are Mentally Challenged.
