Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects above 18 years Subjects having history of snoring and coughing at night subjects scoring more than 10 on Epworth Sleepiness Scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with acute illness Known case of diabetes milletus Structural abnormalities of airway i.e nasal polyps cancer significant deflection of nasal septum
