Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring ijv cannulation 18 years above of either sex scheduled for elective surgery or admitted in icu

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Signs of infection, previous surgical intervention at same site, thrombosis in ijv, history of past ijv cannulation during 72 hrs,
