Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing Total knee relplacement under combined spinal epidural anaesthesia patients undergoing Total knee replacement under spinal anaesthesia and single shot femoral nerve block

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who received general anaesthesia as choice of technique patients who had indwelling femoral/ adductor catheters for postoperative pain relief
