Intervention1: Lecithinum: Homoeopathic medicine Dose - 1x, 3x 6x, 12x, 30C, 200c, 1M, 10M. according to the totality. administered orally. frequency - three times in a day and as per the case needs.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hemoglobin level between 7-11 g/dl. 2. Subjects clinically diagnosed with iron deficiency anaemia. 3. Subjects who are willing to participate and sign the written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects requiring surgical intervention due to other diseases with anaemia like thrombophilia, haemoglobinopathies etc 2. Hemoglobin level less than 7g/dL. 3. Pregnant and lactating women 4. Iron deficiency anaemia with other chronic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, renal failure, diabetes mellitus, and secondary hypertension etc. 5. Subjects with known congenital anaemia like thalassemia and other forms of anaemia. 6. Subjects with other forms of nutritional deficiency.
