dosage and repetition depending upon the individual requirement of the cases. All medicines will be procured from a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-certified firm. The patients will be advised to ta

e.g. soyabean, nuts and seeds (flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, walnuts), fruits (apples, carrots, pomegranates, strawberries, cranberries, grapes), grains (oats, barley, wheat) and

dosage and repetition depending upon the individual requirement of the cases. The patients will be advised to take diet rich in phyto-estrogens

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patients suffering from menopausal syndrome for at least 3 months (ICD-10-CM diagnosis code N95.1) 2. Age: 40-55 years 3. Literate patients; ability to read Bengali 4. Patients giving written consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had an artificial menopause and were on HRT 2. Patients having history of breast or reproductive organ cancer 3. Patients with psychiatric diseases. 4. Cases suffering from uncontrolled systemic illness or life-threatening infections 5. Cases already undergoing homeopathic treatment for any chronic purpose 6. Substance abuse and/or dependence
