Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18yrs - 40yrs, belonging to ASA PS grade 1&2, undergoing Lower Segment Caesarean Section under Spinal Anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to Bupivacaine, Dexamethasone, Dexmedetomidine 2. Localised infection over injection site 3. Coagulopathy 4. Gestational Diabetes 5. Psychological disorder 6. Chronic pain more than 3 months 7. ASA PS grade 3 or more 8. Patient unable to use VAS Score 9. Patient with Uncontrolled Hypertension, recent MI, Hepatic, Renal disease 10. Patient refusal for TAP
