Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients age >18 and 2) Patients undergoing elective surgery and requires invasive arterial pressure monitoring. 3) ASA I, II and III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Adult patients age >18 and 2) Pregnant 3) Negative modified Allen test 4) ASA IV 5) Prevalent arteriosclerosis, hemorrhagic shock, morbid obesity, Raynoudââ?¬•s disease and peripheral vascular disease.
